The following warranty is specific for those
scooters manufactured by Zscooter: If your scooter is defective, you may return your scooter to our warehouse within 14 days of the time you received it with proof of purchase and we will issue you a full refund or give you an exchange. This only applies if the scooter is defective and has not been used. If a scooter is not defective and has not been used, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. A refund or replacement will be processed once the product is received and inspected by a professional tech. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Once a scooter has been used, you no longer qualify for a refund. If you have problems with the scooter, you may return the scooter to our warehouse under the Manufacturer's 90-day Limited manufacturer's warranty and a representative will get in touch with you to discuss your problem.
PRODUCT DAMAGED THROUGH SHIPPING:
If your scooter is received damaged through shipping and handling, the scooter is not covered under warranty. You may request to have the scooter processed through our damaged claim center and have a refund issued or a replacement be sent out to you. This process may take up to 3 weeks. Or you may process a claim directly with the carrier. Insurance is purchased on all products distributed from Z Scooter. If you are not sure if your product was damaged through shipping, you may speak with a customer representative to further assist you.
*Scooter must be in original box and contents to be applicable for refund or exchange.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Before we can issue a refund or exchange, we must first receive the scooter.
To return your scooter or have the scooter brought in for repair or exchange, please call our customer service department at 1866-66 TURBO and we will supply you with return instructions and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

1.) Invoice with purchase price and date and where you purchased
2.) Contact information (i.e. day time phone number, e-mail)
If you do not have an RMA number we will not accept your merchandise back. Z Scooter will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs of received or refused packages. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
WARRANTY:
Manufacturers products carry a 90-day Limited Manufacturers Warranty, with proof of purchase. This warranty is extended to replacement parts and necessary labor of covered products for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does NOT extend to the transportation cost to repair or replace either product or parts.
Manufacturers warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires, or batteries)
Manufacturers warranty does not extend to consumer abuse, neglect, and ignorance, nor damages caused by shipping.
Dealers are advised to inspect all return calls for signs of these conditions prior to offering refund or replacement.
No credits will be issued if they are sent back prior to authorization. If any item/s are returned without an authorization, item/s will not be credited and item/s will be recycled without dealer recourse.
